Awards and publishing

My work has been recognised through a range of national and international awards, publications, and conservation-led exhibitions. I was named Pet Portrait Artist of the Year by The Artist Lounge in 2021, and my work has continued to gain recognition across both pet portraiture and wildlife art.
I am a winner of Explorers Against Extinction’s Sketch for Survival – People’s Choice Award (2023), with further works longlisted in 2024 and selected as a finalist for Sketch for Survival 100 in 2025, supporting frontline conservation efforts through art. My work has also been shortlisted for The British Art Prize 2025, reflecting its growing presence within the contemporary art space.
Alongside exhibitions and awards, my artwork has been featured in print, including Art & Color 365 Magazine, where I received a Special Merit Award (2025). I have also contributed educational content, with a five-page step-by-step tutorial on drawing a dog’s eye published in DRAW Dogs, sharing my process and approach with fellow artists.
These milestones reflect a practice rooted in connection, observation, and storytelling — whether capturing the individuality of a beloved pet or drawing attention to the fragility and resilience of wildlife through conservation-focused work.
