By using this website or placing an order, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.
General
All artwork, images, and content on this website remain the intellectual property of the artist unless otherwise stated. Artwork may not be copied, reproduced, or used without written permission.
Commissions
When commissioning a piece, you will be shown a mock-up or concept sketch of the proposed artwork before work begins. This stage allows us to confirm composition, pose, and overall direction.
Once the artwork has been approved and started, changes cannot be made, except for very small tweaks at the artist’s discretion. Major alterations, reworks, or changes of direction are not possible once work is underway.
By approving the mock-up, you are confirming that you are happy for the final artwork to proceed as agreed.
Payments
A 40% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your commission and confirm your place in the schedule. No work will begin until the deposit has been received.
The remaining balance is due upon completion of the artwork, before delivery or shipping.
Due to the time, materials, and commitment involved, deposits are non-refundable under any circumstances.
Pricing
All prices are agreed in advance. Any additional requests outside the original commission agreement may incur extra charges and will be discussed before proceeding.
Shipping
Shipping within the UK is charged at the stated rate.
International shipping (outside the UK) is charged separately and will be quoted once the artwork is complete. The buyer is responsible for any customs fees, import taxes, or duties that may apply.
Delivery Times
Estimated completion and delivery times will be discussed at the time of booking. While every effort is made to meet agreed timeframes, delays may occasionally occur due to the nature of handmade artwork. You will be kept informed if this happens.
Returns & Refunds
Due to the bespoke nature of commissioned artwork, returns and refunds are not accepted unless the artwork arrives damaged.
If your artwork arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours with photographs so the issue can be resolved.
Colours & Representation
Every effort is made to display artwork accurately, but colours may vary slightly due to screen settings and lighting conditions.
