This Shipping Policy explains how orders are processed and delivered once a purchase has been made.

Processing Times

All orders are carefully prepared and packaged to ensure they arrive safely.

  • Commissioned artwork: Processing and dispatch times will be confirmed individually once the artwork is complete and the final balance has been paid.

  • Prints and non-commission items: Orders are usually dispatched within 5 working days.

You will be notified if there are any unexpected delays.

UK Shipping

Orders within the UK are sent using a tracked and secure delivery service where possible. Shipping costs will be shown at checkout or confirmed at the time of purchase.

International Shipping

We do ship internationally.

Shipping outside the UK is charged separately and will be quoted once your order is ready to dispatch. International buyers are responsible for any customs fees, import taxes, or duties charged by their country.

Delivery times for international orders may vary and are outside our control.

Packaging

All artwork is packaged with care to protect it during transit. We aim to use sturdy, protective, and where possible environmentally conscious packaging materials.

Delivery Issues

Once an order has been dispatched, delivery times are dependent on the courier or postal service. We cannot be held responsible for delays caused by postal services, customs processing, or unforeseen circumstances.

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photographs so the issue can be resolved.

Incorrect Address

Please ensure that your delivery address is correct at checkout. We cannot be held responsible for items delayed or lost due to incorrect or incomplete address details provided by the customer.
